1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using CrystalByte platform (app.crystalbyte.am), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
CrystalByte provides SaaS (Software as a Service) products including Telegram bots, booking systems, CRM tools, and business automation modules. Services are provided on a monthly subscription basis.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
Subscriptions are billed monthly. Payment is processed securely via IDBank VPOS. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. All prices are listed on our Store page.
4. Service Activation
Upon successful payment, your selected module will be activated automatically within minutes. You will receive a confirmation email with access details.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose, to send spam, to violate any third-party rights, or to interfere with the operation of our platform. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
6. Availability
We strive to maintain 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.
7. Limitation of Liability
CrystalByte is not responsible for any losses that are not directly caused by our service (such as lost profits or missed business opportunities). If we are found liable for any reason, the maximum amount we owe you is limited to what you paid us in the last 30 days.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia.
