Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to your services until the end of the paid period.

2. Refund Policy

As our products are digital services that are activated immediately upon payment, we generally do not offer refunds after a service has been activated. However, we review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

3. Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds may be considered in the following cases: (a) technical failure preventing service activation within 24 hours of payment; (b) duplicate charge due to a payment system error; (c) service not delivered as described. Contact us at info@crystalbyte.am within 7 days of the charge.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

The following are not eligible for refunds: change of mind after service activation, partial use of the subscription period, failure to use the service during the subscription period, and issues caused by third-party platforms (Telegram, etc.).

5. How to Request a Refund

Contact us at info@crystalbyte.am with your account email and a description of the issue. We will respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
